| Your guide to Van & Commercial Cover |
| Whether you are a sole trader, individual or business, our van and commercial cover can protect you against the risk of a breakdown. Our service can minimise the disruption to you and your customers, potentially reducing the loss of earnings. Our aim is to repair your vehicle by the roadside or at a local repairer, within a reasonable time. If this is not possible you can relax in the knowledge that your vehicle and its valuable contents will not be left stranded. All five levels of cover are available for up to 4 vehicles. Level 1: Roadside Assistance This is our basic level of protection and covers your vehicle for nationwide roadside assistance in the UK once you are more than one mile away from your home address. Our aim is to fix your vehicle by the roadside. If your vehicle can't be fixed, we will recover you to an approved repairer within 15 miles or to your home if this is closer. Level 2: Breakdown & Recovery This level of protection is suitable for you if you travel further than your local area and want minimal disruption in the event of a breakdown. It has the added benefit of recovery anywhere in the UK if we can't fix your vehicle by the roadside or at a local garage within a reasonable time. In addition, this cover provides you with either; a replacement vehicle for up to 24 hours, overnight accommodation or onward travel. Level 3: Breakdown, Recovery & Homecall Our most comprehensive level of UK cover and is suitable for you if you travel further than your local area and want cover to begin at your doorstep. This service has the added benefit of recovery anywhere in the UK if we can't fix your vehicle by the roadside or at a local repairer within a reasonable time. In addition, this cover provides you with either; a replacement vehicle for up to 24 hours, overnight accommodation or onward travel. Level 4: UK & European Breakdown & Recovery Includes the same UK features as Level 2 with the added benefit of 90 days European rescue, including 24 hour roadside rescue with a *tow to a local garage, where no repair is possible the same day. Other benefits include either; replacement vehicle, overnight accommodation or onward travel. This service also includes repatriation of passengers back to the UK. Level 5: UK & European Breakdown, Recovery with Homecall Includes the same UK features as Level 3 with the added benefit of 90 days European rescue; including 24 hour roadside assistance with a *tow to a local garage. Where no repair is possible the same day we’ll offer you either; a suitable replacement vehicle, overnight accommodation or onward travel. This service also includes repatriation of passengers to the UK. Single trip European Cover You specify your travel dates and we will do the rest. |
